1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between Casablanca Tours, hereinafter referred to as “the Agency,” and the customer, hereinafter referred to as “the Client.”
1.2. By booking a tour or using the services of the Agency, the Client agrees to abide by these terms and conditions.
2. Booking and Payment
2.1. All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Agency.
2.2. The Client shall make full payment for the tour in advance, according to the payment terms specified by the Agency.
2.3. Payment methods, including acceptable currencies, will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking.
2.4. The Agency reserves the right to cancel a booking if full payment is not received within the specified timeframe.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
3.1. The Client may cancel a booking, subject to the Agency’s cancellation policy, which will be communicated at the time of booking.
3.2. The Agency reserves the right to cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the Client will be entitled to a refund or the option to reschedule the tour.
4. Changes to Itinerary
4.1. The Agency may make changes to the tour itinerary due to circumstances beyond its control, such as weather conditions or safety concerns.
4.2. The Client will be informed of any changes to the itinerary as soon as possible.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1. The Client is responsible for obtaining all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations.
5.2. The Client is responsible for ensuring their fitness and suitability for the tour, as well as for following any safety instructions provided by the Agency.
6. Liability
6.1. The Agency will take all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of the Client during the tour.
6.2. The Agency is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to the Client’s property, nor for any personal injury or loss of life during the tour.
7. Insurance
7.1. The Client is strongly advised to purchase travel insurance that covers unforeseen events, including trip cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.
8. Privacy
8.1. The Agency may collect and store personal information of the Client for the purposes of providing tour services. The Agency will handle this information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Morocco, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.
