Casablanca Cooking Class
Casablanca Cooking class will introduce you to the culinary traditions of Morocco. Our team will pick you up from your Riad or Hotel around 9am. We start our day by going to the local market. You will pick up fresh vegetables, meats and fish. We always choose the seasonal produce as it is organic. We will go to our location when our cook will teach you how to make a few Moroccan dishes.
This is a list of the dishes that we can choose from. We usually try to make a few salads, a few appetizers and a few main course dishes. We also make some Moroccan breads depending on the group.

Then in our Casablanca cooking class we will prepare bread and put it in the oven.
After that, we will start our tagine preparation. Depending on the produce that we find we can prepare one or more dishes such as:

- Moroccan Vegetarian Chickpea and Carrot Tagine
By the time we are done preparing; our guests should have completed our bread preparation. We can also make the following using a similar Moroccan bread dough. We can also make the following:

- Moroccan Bread with Olives
