Fes Cooking Class

Fes (Fez) Cooking class was recently added to our tours in Morocco. Many of our guests wanted to try it in the old city. Our Fes Cooking Class is in one of the oldests riads of the old Medina. It will introduce you to the culinary traditions of the city of Fes, Morocco. Our team will pick you up directly from your Riad or Hotel around 9am. We start our day by going to the local market and picking up fresh vegetables, meats and fish. Our cook chooses the seasonal organic produce. We will go to our riad when our cook will teach you how to make a few Moroccan dishes. You will be helping making the Moroccan traditional dishes.

The cook has a list of the dishes that we can choose from. We usually try to make a few Moroccan Salads, a few Moroccan appetizers and a few main course dishes. The group will also make some Moroccan breads to serve with the meal.

We hope that you will enjoy the food that you have helped to prepare in the Fes Cooking Class. We also like when our guest continue the making of the dishes that they have liked back home.
